The Origin Story

Aashiqui is an Urdu word that translates to "passionate love" or "romantic attachment" in English. It is often used to describe an intense and deep emotional connection between two individuals, particularly in the context of romantic relationships.

As my name is Ashi, it is only fitting for this company to be named,

I'm an Indian event planner, born in India and raised right here in the vibrant city of Chicago.

As a wedding planner, I've had the absolute pleasure of diving headfirst into the vibrant world of Indian and multicultural weddings. Over the past few years, I've been fortunate enough to create unforgettable experiences for couples not only in Chicago but also all across the country.

From hunting down stunning venues to collaborating with talented vendors who specialize in diverse cuisines and customs, I've got you covered. I've built an incredible network of trusted professionals who are experts in handling various cultural ceremonies, ensuring that every element of your big day is flawlessly executed.

Throughout the planning process, my goal is to make things as stress-free as possible for my couples. I'm here to listen to your dreams, concerns, and wild ideas, and transform them into a reality. Whether it's designing breathtaking décor, curating a mouthwatering menu, or coordinating lively cultural performances, I leave no stone unturned when it comes to creating an event that surpasses your wildest expectations.
